Exceptional brooch from a HATTIE CARNEGIE collection It is in excellent condition and has the HATTIE CARNEGIE marked on the reverse. Measures 3"X2"  in diameter and is designed in silver tone metal, with glowing white/crystal rhinestones. Its pattern is a complex design of oval, navette and round stones.
